Hello, my name is Maria Bradshaw. As a young girl I enjoyed playing with either my dolls hair or my family members hair. Fast forward  20+ years and I still enjoy "playing with hair."

The Beauty Industry has allowed me many experiences from platform work, managing a Beauty Store, Salon Consultant to currently Owner of mbee & co inc.

I am very passionate about education and love collaborating and learning with colleagues. Most of all I love being able to share my knowledge and creativity not only with my team but especially my guests.

My education is not just limited to just the beauty industry. I have enjoyed 4 years as a Thames Valley Toastmaster in various roles such as VP of Membership and Secretary. Recently, I have been volunteering at our Ronald McDonald House offering families complimentary hair cuts.

When I am not working behind the chair or in class you can find me at home relaxing on the deck or cooking something new. Sharing a cocktail with friends and family or trying to stay awake during a movie..

These experiences and my zest to keep honing my craft have led me to my purpose "TO CELEBRATE EVERYONE'S INDIVIDUALITY SO THAT THEY FEEL VALUED AND SPECIAL."

Hello, I’m Julia, a hairstylist with a passion for creativity and connection. Born and raised in London, Ontario, in a close-knit Italian household with my parents and two brothers, I grew up with a deep appreciation for family, tradition, and strong values. These have become the foundation of my life, and I now cherish them even more as a wife and mother.

For the past 17 years, I’ve been immersed in the hairstyling industry, constantly evolving my skills and knowledge to stay at the forefront of trends and techniques. Whether it’s the latest haircut, innovative color transformations, updos for special occasions, or precisely applied extensions, I thrive on the ability to help my clients feel their absolute best. My approach is all about blending creativity with precision, ensuring that each look is customized to reflect my client’s unique style and personality. Over the years, I’ve built lasting relationships with my clients, many of whom I consider an extension of my family.

I’ve been happily married to my husband, Elton, for eight years, and together we’ve shared a beautiful 15-year journey. Our two boys, Alessio (5) and Lorenzo (3), bring joy, energy, and endless love to our lives. Watching them grow is a constant reminder of what truly matters and inspires me to balance both my personal and professional worlds.

As an Aries, I bring energy, passion, and independence to everything I take on, whether it’s behind the chair or tackling new challenges outside of work. Recently, I’ve taken up golf—a hobby that’s pushed me out of my comfort zone and allowed me to embrace a new sense of fun and determination.

I believe that great hair is more than just a style—it’s about confidence, self-expression, and connection. I’m excited to continue growing in this industry, creating beautiful transformations, and building meaningful relationships along the way.
